Hello - I am currently renting a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house with a bonus room (which is approx. 26 x 11 with a height of 6 feet) The owners said they buy, when I want when I want to I'm looking into it. The room is approx. 10 x 10, the other is 11 x 17 The lounge / dining room is an L-shaped - 11.5 x 20 x and the other party is 8x x 6.5 ... I thought at the request of the 10 open x 10 bedrooms for residential and dining room to make it bigger and go to the bathroom during a party (the largest room and kitchen as well) completely renew.
